Our Trades

EHS Artisans are the Difference.

Every EHS project is built and planted by in-house specialists: masons, horticulturists, and lighting and irrigation technicians who have spent careers getting it right.

The best landscape work is invisible in its craftsmanship. A stone wall that doesn’t move. A planting that looks like it has always been there. A lit property that feels lived-in long after dark. Getting to that result requires skilled tradespeople who understand both the material they’re working with and the landscape it belongs to.

EHS employs that expertise directly. No subcontracted stone crews. No outside planting teams. No third-party lighting installers. The same people who manage your property are the people who built it, and who understand what it takes to keep it right.

Procurement & Planting

Plants are selected by horticulturists who know Chester County soils, Brandywine Valley and Northern Delaware growing conditions and the species that thrive in this particular geography. From specimen trees to perennial borders to native garden installations, your landscape vision is sourced and planted by EHS.

Masonry

Masonry techniques in fieldstone, creek cobblestone, paving stone, and brick. Patios, terraces, retaining walls, steps, and historic stonework repair. Built to last, and to belong to the property it lives on.

Lighting & Irrigation

Low-voltage landscape lighting designed for the property, not the product catalog. Irrigation systems installed and managed for the landscape’s thirst. Both designed, installed, and serviced by EHS technicians.

The scale changes. The standard doesn’t.

From a single planting bed to a multi-season estate restoration, the tradespeople who do the work are EHS employees. Same training. Same standard of care. The same people who know your property are the ones doing the work.
